Jury watches evidence in Parks Department stabbing

A Queens jury watched taped statements Tuesday of a city janitor on trial for killing his "disrespectful to everyone" co-worker.

"I was scared and mad. He threatened me one too many times," said Robert Swann, 53, after his 2012 bust in the slaying of Parks Dept. co-worker Ezra Black, 31.
