She's so unforgettable they're bringing her back.
A&E is reviving "Unforgettable," the series starring Poppy Montgomery which originally aired on CBS for three seasons (2011-2014).
Montgomery is expected to reprise her role as Carrie Wells — a woman with a rare gift to recall exact dates and events — and Dylan Baker is also expected back as Carrie's ex-boyfriend/partner, New York cop Al Burns, according to deadline.com.
Also expected back are series creators John Bellucci and Ed Redlich for the A&E version.
This isn't the first time that "Unforgettable" has experienced a rebirth. CBS axed the show after its first season — despite its averaging a robust 12 million viewers — then had a change of heart after it was shopped around.
CBS ended up giving "Unforgettable" an additional 13-episode order, which morphed into a third season (both aired in the summer).
"Unforgettable," which doesn't yet have an airdate, joins "Bates Motel" and "The Returned" on A&E's roster of original series.
