NYPD cops busted a Harlem man on attempted-murder charges when all they had to go on was a bullet hole in a car window and a first name, sources told The Post.

Three men got into a drunken brawl at 2 a.m. Tuesday in a Harlem bodega, and the fight spilled onto the street, where one fired a single shot at the others, court sources said.

The bullet struck the rear window of an unoccupied Nissan Altima on West 152nd Street and Broadway, the sources said.

The deli owner told cops the shooter's name was "Juan" and turned over a cellphone picture he had taken of him, sources said.

Investigators found a Juan Castro lived in a building on West 152nd Street.

The building's super allegedly confirmed the pic was of Castro, and the suspect was busted that night when he got home from his restaurant job, sources said.

Castro, who has no prior arrests, admitted to "shooting a firearm in the direction of two people," a court complaint says.

Cops recovered the semiautomatic from Castro's room, the complaint says.

He was held on $100,000 bail after his arraignment Wednesday on charges of attempted murder, attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He could face 25 years in prison if convicted on the top charge.
