A 23-year-old woman was found shot dead yesterday in a luxury Westchester town house owned by a prominent Manhattan entertainment lawyer, police said.
The woman was discovered at around 4:30 p.m. at the West Main Street address in Tarrytown and pronounced dead at the scene.
She did not live in the house and the shooting was deemed suspicious, according to reports.
Cops had not yet called the shooting a homicide and said suicide has not been ruled out, according to Patch.com. The Web site said "several weapons" were found at the scene.
Records show the $1.7 million digs are owned by Robert Gaulin, founder of the Gaulin Group, which handles licensing of literary titles such as Kurt Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse Five" and Cornell Woolrich's "Rear Window."
