Manhattan hoarder told to clear out apartment or get out

An infamous Manhattan hoarder is facing eviction unless he finally clears out his rent-controlled East Side apartment this week.

Kevin McCrary, who is unemployed and lives off money from his late celebrity parents' estate — is scheduled to be evicted by the city Friday unless he cleans his home on East 64th Street, according to Splash News.

McCrary, 65 — the son of early-radio personalities Tex McCrary and Jinx Falkenburg — has no job and considers himself a "collector of some sort."

He pays just $1,400 a month rent for the one-bedroom apartment.

His pad is so crammed with junk that McCrary stacks his other things in a van parked on the street.

The green Ford E250 is stuffed high with piles of VCRs, microphones, cables and other items.

The owners of his building have tried to evict him three times and failed.

The building's manager has described McCrary as "extremely intelligent" and said he did a brilliant job packing the apartment.

"He should be working for a moving company," the manager, Jeffrey Weber, said.
