A week after the homeless drifter allegedly pushed a passenger off a Manhattan subway platform to his death, Davis' lawyer has made 500 fliers asking train riders to step forward as witnesses to help clear his client.
Legal Aid lawyer Stephen Pokart and an assistant started handing out the fliers — begging, "Are you a witness? Please help" above a New York Post photo of victim Ki Suk Han moments before his death Friday — around the 49th Street subway station, where the horror occurred.
