A Manhattan man claims his beef-cake boyfriend used him to fund a lavish lifestyle and a $1.2 million bank account before bolting — leaving him with just 11 cents.
Daniel Ding, who works in finance, says former paramour Michael Eubank bought luxury cars, trips to Las Vegas and is now squatting in the West 30th Street leased with Ding's money, according to court papers.
Eubank, an interior designer, "continuously abused Ding's trust for his own individual gain," Ding alleges in his Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.
The allegations are as genuine as faux fur, Eubank, 28, claims. "There's a lot of lies and perjury going on in this."
Ding, 27, claims Eubank convinced Ding to open a joint bank account.
So Ding put $1.2 million in the account, and Eubank contributed zero, the allegedly ripped-off lover claims.
Eubank used up the joint funds until only a few pennies were left, says Ding.
But Eubank said it was Ding who drained the account.
