Nassau County cops are looking for three armed men disguised as construction workers who staged a home invasion in Bellmore Friday morning.
Police say the trio broke into the Ellen Road home at 10:40 a.m., and tied up two residents and three genuine hardhats who were working there.
The three stolen jewelry and approximately $2,000 in cash.
Authorities say one of the residents was pistol-whipped, and later treated at a local hospital for head injuries.
