Another boss in the MTA's security department has been forced to leave amid a nepotism investigation, The Post has learned.
Deputy Chief Ralph Misiti was suspended pending termination, an MTA spokesman said.
He will not be allowed back in any New York City Transit facility, a memo obtained by The Post says.
Transit sources told The Post Misiti was being investigated by the MTA inspector general for nepotism, as well as for selling merchandise from the Lowe's home-improvement chain while working at the agency.
He was being probed as part of a larger inspector-general investigation into the department's nepotism and cronyism, transit sources added.
"People felt uncomfortable that they had to buy things from him because he had a higher title," a source said.
Misiti also hired his son and nephew as a special inspector and analyst.
Security boss Vincent DeMarino was forced out last month.
Whistleblowers filed complaints with the Inspector General's Office as early as 2011.
