An Upper West Side City Council contender was busted yesterday for allegedly driving with a suspended license.
Noah Gotbaum, 53 — whose stepmom is former Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum — was pulled over at West 95th Street and West End Avenue at 11 a.m.
He said his license had been suspended over a summons for a seat-belt violation that he was late in paying.
