The Who:

Entourage's Perrey Reeves and a slew of Jill Stuart fangirls (there were many a Fall 2013 frock in sight).

The What:

Stuart worked the monochromatic vibe in shades of black or white; her parade of smoky-eyed rocker girls strutted in tough crop tops, peek-a-boo mini-dresses in polka-dotted prints, and a serious selection of leather LBD's.

The Highlight:

An itty-bitty beige pleated frock trimmed in black lace is a flirty force to be reckoned with.

The Takeaway:

Stuart's girl wants to party allthetime – preferably in something with a naughty hemline. Rock on, babe.
