This man is wanted for raping a woman after breaking into her Elmhurst home as she slept, authorities said.
The 24-year-old victim was asleep in her bed at 4 a.m. Sunday when the thug — who used a ladder to get in through the bathroom window — attacked her. The suspect, in his early 20s, then fled.

Police are searching for a man who robbed items from three cars in garages in Oakland Garden.
The suspect entered the three separate garages at the Windsor Park Co-op on Dec. 6 and lifted money and credit cards from the victim's cars, police said.

A man was attacked outside a Sunset Park bodega, authorities said.
The victim was smoking a cigarette in front of the store on Fourth Avenue, near 58th Street at around 2:20 a.m. Sunday when he got into a fight with four men, according to law-enforcement sources.
The perps punched him in the face and body and demanded he fork over his cash and other belongings, sources added.
A store employee came out and tried to break up up the scuffle, but the four suspected thugs allegedly turned on the worker, who ran back inside and called cops.
Antonio Martinez, 19, Ezequiel Rendon, 25, Omar Hidario, 29, and Eleazar Jimenez, 31, were arrested a short time later and charged with menacing, harassment and attempted robbery, records show.

The heartless brute who mugged an 85-year-old Meatpacking District woman and stole her wedding ring is also being sought in three other attacks against women, cops said yesterday.
The suspect first robbed a 58-year-old woman of her purse in Far Rockaway on Dec. 4.
He also mugged women in the East Village and Gramercy Park last weekend, police said.
He is described by cops as being between 28 and 32 years old, about 5-foot-11 and up to 250 pounds.

A homeless man was found dead on the tracks of an East Village subway station yesterday, authorities said.
The body of the unidentified man was discovered lying in the L-train rail bed at the 14th Street/First Avenue station at about 7:10 a.m., cops said.
It was not immediately clear whether he had been struck by a train, said a spokesman for the MTA.
The city Medical Examiner's Office will determine the cause of death.

A knife-wielding madman fatally stabbed another man in a Harlem homeless shelter, authorities said.
Keith Warney, 45, went berserk after Saladin Saunders, 41, insulted Warney's girlfriend in the shelter on West 110th Street at 7:55 p.m. Monday, cops said.
Warney plunged the knife into the victim's neck, police said.
Saunders later died at St. Luke's Hospital, and Warney was arrested on charges of murder and weapons possession, police added.

Two teenage girls beat up a bodega worker in Mount Eden and snatched a gold chain from his neck, authorities said.
Zaira Vargas, 17, and Symphony Jimenez, 19, entered Monteria Food Corp. on East 172nd Street at around 10:25 p.m. Nov. 24 and started harassing the clerk, court documents claim.
The women started throwing items at the clerk, who asked them to leave, according to the court records.
When the victim tried to kick them out, the women allegedly started punching him in the head.
While they were attacking the worker, Jimenez grabbed the gold chain, the court records say .
The two women were picked up by police a short time later and were hit with charges of robbery, assault and grand larceny.
